Dr. Neil served as Senior Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Edwardsville from Oct, 1988 to Jan, 2001. He received his B.A. at Vanderbilt University, his M. Div. at Vanderbilt Divinity School and his D. Min. at the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He retired in January of 2001 and now lives in Tennessee with his wife Mary Ann.
